Yes they do.

Why is it that when I call no one answers the phone ever when clearly I'm trying to place an order for pickup and done it plenty of times I don't want to sit and wait for the food and go in and order I just want to Simply pick up some food.

I've had the same issue. There's only one attendant, when she doesn't answer she's usually busy. I will talk to them.
